MY ROLE

Research

My work involves researching and analyzing user needs and business requirements by organizing different workshop sessions, with both users and business stakeholders, user interviews, field trips, test sessions, and more.

UX Strategy

The insights obtained from a range of iterative and continuous research methods were systematically integrated into both the product and its development strategy. A fundamental aspect of my approach was centered on user-centered design, emphasizing on iterative ongoing communication with users throughout every phase of product development.

I lead the process of visual design and implementation in collaboration with a team of developers.

Post-Launch UX

The creation of a software product is an ongoing and dynamic process. Users, along with their needs, environment, expectations, and requirements, undergo continuous changes. This necessitates a perpetual iterative cycle of UX evaluation and product improvement. User testing sessions, observations, and interviews constitute integral components of the post-launch UX strategy.
